Cat joined the company in early 2025 and brings extensive financial services experience, with expertise in senior administration, team management, customer service, and process & quality oversight. She is qualified in CF1 Financial Services, FA1 Life Office Administration, and FA2 Pensions Administration with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Outside of work, Cat enjoys travelling and reading, and has a particular interest in activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and building connections with others.
