Continued re-accreditation of Investors in People demonstrates our commitment to develop and plan for the future. We do this by developing strategies to improve performance and evaluate the outcomes to establish whether the desired improvements have been achieved.
For example, at our regular communication meetings each member of staff has the opportunity to make suggestions about improving business processes and services we offer to our clients. These are discussed and implemented with the agreement of everyone involved.
Each member of staff has a structured Learning and Development plan which is reviewed every six months. Taking responsibility for developing skills and knowledge is key in achieving our objective to continually improve.
